[體能] 請問體能也會有極限嗎?
請問打籃球的體力(肌耐力)、速度、跳躍力
要怎麼才知道自己已經到達極限....?
我也沒有特別練體能
自己也才22歲 卻使不上力氣
(ps我承認我很久沒跑步....)
但是又很怕自己練了 就會認清........."阿..原來這就是我的極限阿..." 囧rz..
那要怎麼練才能把自己的體能發揮到極限呢?
