[訓練] 跑速
大家覺得跑速在球場上佔有怎樣的地位呢?
我跑很慢,100公尺約14秒,單打常被過。
如果說跑速很重要的話,大家又是如何練呢?
先分享我自己練後的心得,還請大家給予指教:
蹲舉...做過幾次之後,跑起來比較不累,
比較不太會喘,不過也沒變快...
長跑...跑了幾次100m沒什麼變,或許要多練幾次
拉筋...因為拉完就累了..所以都沒在拉筋...
跑100m...狀況好大約14秒...不好的話15,16...
