之前 從泰國買回來一罐蝦醬
但它是固體的
就像冰淇淋一樣使用時用挖的...
這樣是可以直接挖到鍋內炒嗎
還是像味噌一樣先用水調開呢
蝦醬除了炒菜用
炒肉也可以嗎
蝦醬聽說在泰國是當成類似鹽的功用
所以..
任何用到鹽的料理都能用蝦醬代替嗎
