[問題] 請問有什麼用洋酒的料理?
請問各位大廚
敝人家中有很多琴酒/龍舌蘭喝不完
突發奇想看可不可以入菜
但是找了一下都沒有相關的菜譜(以及實驗?)
想請問有沒有人有相關的經驗?
琴酒本身是有杜松子的香味
龍舌蘭就...龍舌蘭的味道(..被打)
有人嘗試過嗎?例如醉雞不用紹興用洋酒之類的...
