[問題] 水煮馬鈴薯,水煮蛋,水煮高麗菜
請問一下水煮馬鈴薯,要先削皮嗎
還是可以連皮一起下去煮呢
有點怕毒素也跟著煮出來?
另外,水煮馬鈴薯一定要加鹽嗎
不加鹽吃了會對身體不好嗎
還有…水煮蛋,只要蛋浮起來就能吃了嗎
另外水煮高麗菜,高麗菜不能煮太久,會把營養煮掉對嗎
