[問題] 乾澀雞胸肉之應用
由於家中七大節日都會拜拜,總有超大的拜拜用雞,雞腿其他部位切塊都算好吃,唯獨雞
胸肉一直是難解,經常吃不完丟掉,各位都如何處理呢?
板上一些建議還不錯:
1.雞肉切丁加油蔥、紹興、雞皮油做成肉丸
2.拉絲做成火雞肉飯(醬汁如何製作?)
