We have summer internship opportunities spanning Investment Banking,
Research, Sales, Trading and a host of other disciplines – from Technology,
Operations and Finance to Human Resources across our Asia Pacific offices
such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, etc.
Summer Internship Programme
Our Summer Internship Programme is designed to provide our summer interns
with broad exposure to the businesses. This 10 week intensive programme
consists of real and practical work assignments that allow you to participate
and contribute to real meetings or research projects. We have emphasis on
work balancing to anticipate our interns’ events and social community events
that enable all of you to build a vital network with colleagues and friends.
The goal of our summer programme is to provide you a solid foundation and
genuine working experiences in this competitive financial and banking
environment.
How does Barclays Capital select its employee?
· Genuine interests in financial markets
· Fluency in English, additional Asia Pacific language skills preferred
· Strong verbal, quantitative and analytical skills
· Proven good leadership, high ethical standards, good problem solving
abilities
