[情報] 中研院地球科學所 暑期大專生研究計劃
Institute of Earth Sciences, Academia Sinica Summer Student Program
We invite sophomore and junior students with strong math and physics
backgrounds to join us to explore the geophysics of Taiwan region through
the summer program.
There will be a stipend available during this 2 months period (and
beyond).There are several projects available, mainly on studying the physics
that cause ground deformations. Students from engineering, math, physics,
physical oceanography, atmospheric sciences, and material sciences majors are
especially welcome. There will be a mix of hands-on and theoretical trainings
provided during this summer program but we also expect students bringing in new
ideas that can be tested using the rich datasets available in Taiwan.
