[問題] 我現在想靠游泳來減肥該怎麼排菜單
其實我本身有點屬於吃不胖類型,但還好身材還算標準
176/68 , 體脂肪大概14%
我目標是想讓體脂肪降到10%以下
但是我現在游自由式一次游個100M是極限
我也很想練到一次能游個1000M不休息>"<
我只能靠每次100這樣嗎? 這樣效果會好嗎?

我本身有再進行重訓, 所以為了讓線條更明顯,我覺得不加點有氧減個體脂不行
也因此我的目標是要讓我的身體看起來更精幹更有線條一點,尤其是腹部
或許我標題下錯了,我應該把減肥改成降低體脂才對
