[問題] 清晨的救生班前該吃什麼?
清晨救生班於五點半開始上課,
請問起床後該如何進食才不會讓自己在受訓時昏倒或身體不適?
我知道有人吃香蕉,有人喝好市多賣的可可粉,
還有沒有其他超市或賣場可以隨手買到的一般性食物,
以各位過來人的經驗使用起來蠻方便好用的撇步,
可以讓自己受訓愉快又不會胃不舒服?(因為我的胃不太好)
煩請受訓過來人或有經驗的高手指點一下小弟清晨進食的問題,
