[懷孕] 沮喪的妊娠血糖控制

目前28周,最近因為血糖控制真的有點焦慮,想紓發一下心情…
這是我的第一胎,從7周測到心跳開始,身體就狀況不斷,孕吐到14周,中間還吐到瘦了1
1公斤而住院orz(孕前49,到現在體重還在48)
然後住院時又驗血驗出甲亢指數跟血糖值都偏高,甲亢現在還在吃藥控制,指數已正常,
血糖也依醫生建議開始飲食控制,
但血糖…上上周喝75g糖水空腹血糖卻沒過(102/92),醫生說已確診妊娠糖尿QQ,於是開
始更加嚴格的飲食控制+多喝水+飯後散步
但到現在還是常常超過標準,尤其空腹血糖很難達標,平均落在100~110左右,使得我完
全不敢多吃澱粉T口T,就連糙米飯也只敢吃4分之1碗,也不敢多吃點心水果…幾乎都以大
量青菜為主…但有時空腹血糖就是會莫名高起來…真的好令人沮喪
還好產檢都說寶寶是符合正常周數大小,羊水也沒有偏多,但還是好擔憂寶寶會住在高血
糖環境,目前測試對澱粉的反應最大,但爬文說不吃澱粉也不行…朋友都羡慕我是個瘦瘦
的孕婦,但我比較想當可以好好吃東西而增胖的孕婦啊啊啊啊啊><
唉,星期三要回診新陳代謝科,好怕醫生說要打胰島素…

好哦! 我每天基本吃的是差不多固定的
早餐八點半午餐一點晚餐七點半
早餐就全麥吐司或麵包半片+3分之2顆大蕃茄+半顆蛋,或半個高麗菜蛋餅
午餐就一個盤子,半盤青菜(兩種),一片巴掌大的肉(無油煎或水煮),四分之一盤的糙米
飯
下午點心就一兩片芭樂或無糖優酪乳或無糖豆漿半杯
晚餐差不多同午餐
水至少喝1500cc,有時嘴饞會喝無糖茶飲
另外飯後都會盡可能散步30分鍾,但因為心跳一直有點快,所以就是慢慢走…還是說我應
該增加運動量呢?
