羽球其實是蠻殘酷的運動,幾乎都一對一或二對二
像籃球或棒球等一些團體性的運動
你實力比較不好,可以當一個功能性的球員
上去助跑阿,或是投投球當射手
而是場上四人,你一打不好,立刻就非常明顯
而男女生差異也很大,女生若長得漂亮,或是跟大家互動還不錯
雖然球技差,還是會有男生願意背一下
男生的話就很可憐,打的差幾乎沒有人要理你
尤其是到外面零打或暢打場地,或是網路揪,幾小時含球含場地的球隊
實力差一站上去,幾乎沒有人願意上去跟你配
不然就是到最後終於有人願意上來,但是也是實力不好
下場就是被電不然就是變成歡樂團,就算有實力好的上來
除非超強的,不然也都不太願意背
打完你的隊友還會被虧說辛苦了,一打三,讓你非常難受
我的想法是,羽球是個領域很廣的運動,一定會遇到比你強的人
不管你再怎麼練,所以一味強調要變多強沒什麼意義
你殺球切球再強,也沒有體保或甲組的強
但至少你要當一個人家不討厭,願意跟你配的人
雖然你無法讓你們這組發揮1+1=2的實力,但至少不要淪落到你的隊友一打三
要達成這樣的條件,就要先練一些很重要的
一、發球,發球不會被撲,質量要有一定水準
二、長球,有辦法拉對角,增加對手把球打給你搭檔的機率
三、跑位觀念,起高球要懂得退到正確的一邊防守,不是一直待在網前
隊友再進攻時,要懂得立刻到網前封網
四、防守,退回來防守時至少要頂得住一兩拍,要會彈對角或放,爭取轉守為攻
五、網前封網,封網這一拍準確性要高,不要常常掛網或是敲框或是撲出界或是揮空拍
能做到以上五點,再去打play吧,不然永遠都會成為隊友的累贅
