Ray Allen is expected to resume practicing with the Celtics on Tuesday, and should be able to play on Wednesday. Allen has missed two straight games with a nagging ankle injury, which could be to blame for his sub-par shooting numbers. "He's fine. Ray will practice [tomorrow] and play on Wednesday," coach Doc Rivers said. "I'm pretty sure of that. You never know, but I'm pretty much sure of that."
