電視市場 是什麼？
這和傳統的商品市場不同
觀眾沒有依照收視的時間長短付錢
So, what is the "price" in this market?
Is it the price paid by the advertisers?
Who are the consumers in this market?
But, there is no advertisements on the PBS!
Moreover, programs on TV are heterogeneous.
If the PBS hadn't broadbasted the baseball games,
it would have other programs.
Some people perfer to watch the ball games, but others don't.
How will you measure the welfare loss of these people?
