[討論] 請問重訓一開始做幾下才不會肌肉痠痛
請問重訓一開始做什麼做幾下做幾公斤怎麼做才不會肌肉痠痛?
還有重訓也要暖身嗎
現在想午晚餐正常吃
早餐吃代餐
每周運動三天
一天重訓
兩天慢跑
時間還沒排
代餐是之前被騙買的 不想浪費想把它吃玩又怕吃完停用會復胖所以想靠運動不復胖
不知這樣的想法對嗎?
我的文章以前有
現在75.6公斤 我有靠吃兩個禮拜代餐瘦兩公斤 原本78kg
然後停吃了有兩個禮拜吧 體重還是75= = 沒復胖 一直在擔心會復胖
