感謝各為回覆,飲食的部分感覺我吃太好了,有點羞愧 哈 XDD
飲食的部分我會控制,除了聚餐外,盡量只吃水煮的,然後澱粉少吃
運動的部分有點疑問
目前看來大部分的建議是 強度 > 時間長度
因為之前都聽人說運動20分內不會消脂,30分也才消10分鐘,最好是一小時
所以才會固定跑一小時,以為長跑,只要心跳 > 120 就有一定的效果
1. 但為了維持一小時不停,只會用7分力去跑 (10km/hr)
2. 若之後改成一週3次,每次用8~9分力跑30分鐘 (12km/hr)
2 的效果會比 1 好嗎?
因為通常我都是看跑步機上面顯示的卡洛里消耗量
若是 2 ,我很確定顯示的消耗量會比 1 少很多 XDD
