教練比賽結束說：
"Other than Andy Murray, we are a Group Two team," he said.
Murray也認為英國的確還無法和這些隊伍競爭:
"We clearly aren't good enough to be playing against these
teams; with or without me we're struggling to win matches"
the Scot added.
但對於19歲的新秀Evans，Murray還是鼓勵祝福:
"Dan [Evans] is a talented boy. I'm sure with support and
encouragement rather than negative stuff towards him he'll
become a better player.He needs to make sure he learns from
it."

Murray還是選擇連打兩天都打，希望手腕傷無礙
