What is the difference between seeing a situation through "rose-colored glasse
s" and being optimistic? The former means you are deluding yourself so that yo
u can justify or rationalize something you want to see, filtering out anything
that takes away from what you are hoping for. Being optimistic means you are
trying to believe that the best can be achieved, even though you are aware of
and acknowledge any problems or challenges that may exist. Distinguishing betw
een the two is important today as you make a decision. Set aside those rose-co
lored spectacles, dear Gemini!
「戴著玫瑰色的眼鏡」跟樂觀有什麼差別？
前者意謂著你自欺欺人，這樣你就可以證明或合理化某些你想看到的事物，
過濾掉任何會拿走你希望的東西。
樂觀意謂著你試著相信你可以達到最佳狀態，
