一點的心得啦，從淺談電競抽出來 原文 https://goo.gl/N1hq12 會盡量回大家的問題，在不傷害任何人之下 收入來源 現時經營戰隊所得到的收入來源，大致可分為以下數項：贊助、獎金、補助金、週邊、直 播、選手代言及直播分成、選手交易及聯賽資格交易。 過往曾經在市場上出現了一陣「養」戰隊潮，現時在歐洲也有超過二十支職業足球隊持有 電競隊伍，而著名的球星朗拿度也是一個俱樂部的老闆。但時至今日已經進入了汰弱留強 的局面。因為隨著電競業發展，電競選手的福利和保障愈來愈受外界關注，職業聯賽有條 款強迫俱樂部遵守，而用意是用來保障電競選手的。因此經營戰隊的彈性和空間愈來愈小 ，而且一線選手身價愈來愈高並有價有市，連帶帶動二線選手身價，最後導致營運成本愈 來愈高，難以回本。 贊助 幾乎每一支職業隊伍都想收取贊助費，我個人認為贊助戰隊是有助提升該品牌的知名度和 銷量，但除了贊助戰隊之外有沒有更好的渠道呢？答案是有的，當贊助商在預算充足下， 成為某個職業聯賽的指定合作夥伴(贊助)才是最好的選擇。 贊助聯賽本身有太多優勢例 如所有參賽隊伍的肖像權贊助商都能使用。因此很多隊伍都逐漸失去他們的贊助。舉我們 為例，在2013年我們隊伍得到的贊助數量及金額是比近年來高。 獎金 大部分職業聯賽對選手的合約都規定在最多兩年。而所有比賽的獎金大部分都是歸選手所 有，否則沒有選手會同意這份合約，因此獎金並不是隊伍注重的項目。例如英雄聯盟由20 15年開始，地區聯賽的獎金愈來愈低，但由地區聯賽獲得世界賽資格的機制及機會愈來愈 成熟，因此也變相在地區聯賽也要努力作賽。而自去年的世界賽及季中邀請賽開始，獎金 及所分得利潤有稍為回升。 補助金 有遊戲公司會給予俱樂部一點的補助，但代價是俱樂部要遵守很多的條例，例如公司配套 的要求、選手的最低薪酬求，及為遊戲公司提供選手肖像權。 週邊 電子競技改變了整個週邊產品行業的生態，以前大家普遍對滑鼠、滑鼠墊和鍵盤等等沒有 特別追求和喜好，大家都抱著可以用就行的心態。但隨著廠商大灑金錢開發一些聲稱可以 提升遊戲表現的週邊產品，這個行業突然受到大家的注意。大家都開始追求週邊產品的性 能，甚至帶來一定的明星效應。 除此之外選手或戰隊偶然會與其他品牌合作，推出限量T-shirt等服飾。以上所提到的都 是實質的產品，但畢竟電競的客戶群是遊戲玩家，普通玩家們都比較傾向把錢花在遊戲內 的虛擬物品，這樣的話戰隊和選手們便沒有得益，最後受惠的也是遊戲廠商。即使把兩者 合併成捆绑式銷售，例如買T-shirt送遊戲虛擬物品併成捆绑式銷售我相信情況也不會有 大分別併成捆绑式銷售始終玩家們真正需要的不是那件T-shirt。 舉暴雪為例，他們售賣週邊多年，但實際所得的利潤遠不及售賣遊戲內物品所得。但我認 為戰隊能夠大幅推動到電競設備的銷量。戰隊跟鍵盤、滑鼠等電競設備的品牌進行合作或 優惠，例如推出戰隊專用耳機，這樣可以令戰隊及設備品牌形成雙贏局面。T-shirt精品 那些雖然也有少量收入但無法擴大，只是多除少補。 直播 中國的直播平台會直接跟戰隊簽約，制訂包含每月直播時數等條款的直播方案。不過中國 直播業發展到此，已經分出勝負，汰弱留強。那些平台已經不會再為了競爭而大灑金錢。 台港澳區流行的是Twitch，而Twitch已是世界知名因此不會分紅給戰隊。除此之外，選手 在賽期過量直播也會影響比賽發揮，因此俱樂部亦會限制直播頻率。 選手的代言及直播分成 走紅的人已經一早成名了，而這種人亦知道自己的號召力，估算到自己就算不靠戰隊也能 在實況平台大賺特賺，因此當然不會分太多甚至不分給戰隊。台港澳區的商品代言大多是 找退役的選手或者網絡名人，而且是個人而非團體。在稍後的泛娛樂化篇章會再詳細講述 。 選手交易 出售選手來賺錢在台港澳地區很難做到，因為出得起錢的戰隊大多來自中國的隊伍，而台 港澳出身的選手亦會視為外援，在台港澳及韓國皆視為外援的情況下，其他賽區的隊伍都 會認為引入韓援有利。大部份人覺得無論在話題性和實力上，韓國選手都會比台港澳看高 一線。 聯賽資格交易 由於大部分電競遊戲聯賽都規定一位隊伍持有人只能持有一支隊伍，因此有些由練習生組 成的「二隊」到乙組參賽及作為鍛鍊的平台，如果有幸升上甲組時，就會將得到的資格出 售。就如上面所說，即使是乙組隊伍，選手及後勤的薪資及宿舍等等的花費也是不容小看 ，過去有實力的戰隊最少也花了三至四季在乙組才晉身甲組聯賽，即使未能成為中上游， 身價及價值也會比在乙組時高出很多。因此有人會選擇直接買下該資格而無需自組隊伍， 就如一些在甲組末段班的足球隊還是價值不菲的道理一樣。 日後可見的經營模式 俱樂部的開支相當龐大，目前不同遊戲的社群經濟，其利益都是回流到遊戲本身，所以不 能像傳統運動一樣能夠透過代言來賺取大金錢。其實遊戲廠商絕對有能力主宰所有戰隊的 命運，遊戲廠商可以為聯賽推出專屬造型，只要把出售造型的收益的一小部分給戰隊，我 相信戰隊已經可以自負盈虧。 其後像足球的歐洲聯賽冠軍盃的做法般，遊戲廠商將賽事轉播及廣告的收益分給戰隊，或 者為戰隊多作推廣及廣告，美化隊伍的品牌的話，能夠令俱樂部在各個領域得到變現的機 會。 ※引述《fkc (Mr. 男子漢)》之銘言： : H2K’S LETTER TO THE EU LCS COMMUNITY https://goo.gl/Q6FqJK : Reddit 相關討論 https://redd.it/6xgz7r : ────────────────────────────────────── ─ : 大約幾個小時之前， H2K 官方發表一封公開信 : 聲明若 Riot 不更改聯賽相關的各項規定(主要是關於 $$ 的部分) : 將不排除退出 EU LCS。 : 公開信原文(略翻，使用死魚的好棒棒翻譯法): : While H2K’s ownership is based in the U.S., H2K’s roots are in Europe and : we are committed to the EU region so long as we continue to compete in the : League of Legends. : : H2K 的所有權發跡於美國，但 H2K生根於歐洲；我們 H2K 在歐洲區域表現的好棒棒。 : During the almost two years since the change in H2K ownership, we have been : privileged to develop close personal relationships with our players, : cultivate a brand with strong ties to European fans and worked with great : European partners including our media agency, sponsors and talented : professional advisors.
