可以～限制是『生物』
只要目標是生物就可啟動 Wirewood Symbiote 的異能。
如果限制是『橫置的生物』，會寫成 target tapped creature

以你所舉的例子來說，Wirewood Symbiote 的目標是合法的（生物）
你可以支付費用（Return an Elf you control to its owner's hand）
但結算時不會產生任何效果～（未橫置的生物不能被 Untap）
