[問題] 我該怎麼才能做 1 下 伏地挺身呢????
大家好
最近才知道這個版的...
從小是個瘦子 整個人非常瘦弱
瘦就算了力氣也很小 常常被說你到底是不是男生阿...
從小 伏地挺身 我一下都做不起來.....
下去後就上不來.....
遇到腕力跟我差不多的人 但他們伏地挺身都還是做的起來....
平時我也沒有去做重訓 只有打打籃球而已....
最近有點想練身體....舉舉啞鈴而已....
到底該加強身體哪裡的肌肉才能做伏地挺身呢....
我一下都做不起來好像異於常人....想改善這個情況.....
