[問題] 練旋轉肌的必要性
請問練旋轉肌有其必要性嗎
會問是因為雖知道練習旋轉肌可增加肩膀穩定性
但似乎除了棒球選手外,大部分的教練菜單中都沒有旋轉肌
所以想知道其他版友的想法
