[問題] Paper收錄在IEEE Xplore就是IEEE Paper嗎?
最近常常收到一些international conference call for paper
mentioned that ".... paper will be included in IEEE Xplore"
....."Sponsored or Co-sponsored by IEEE"
難道是只要有收錄與Co-sponsored by IEEE就是IEEE paper
even title not "IEEE international ..." or "IEEE ....."
感覺好像很多International Conference都像IEEE靠齊
會議品質沒有品管的很好
