船是開不上岸,但火車也是離不開軌道
更不用說港口也是可以建鐵路連接內陸的
火車運輸在天生上的限制就是運輸量和海運實在無法相比
要不然幹嘛還要巴拿馬運河和蘇伊士運河,建鐵路不就好了
再者海上可以自由航行的水域很多,航線容易彈性安排
但鐵路可就沒辦法憑空跳過途中某些國家
容易衍生很多政治問題,就像高鐵你得設雲林站一樣
更不用說現在石油價格低到有好多航線連運河都不過了
反璞歸真改跑大航海時代的航線,不經過蘇伊士改繞好望角
海盜問題也減少很多,現在中亞你可能還比較需要擔心ISIS和其他少數民族的問題
在海運市場價格已經殺到見骨,連TOP 7的公司都要倒閉的時候
鐵路的優勢何在?
全球85%的貿易是使用海運,就連中國自己本身的貿易都有90%是使用海運
個人真的不覺得這鐵路運輸模式對整個貿易市場會有什麼太大的影響
如果把範圍縮小到只討論中亞內陸地區,前景一樣是有疑慮
因為這路線明顯存在供需不對等的情況
原則上中國往中亞這方向的貨載佔了絕大多數
若以海運的數據來說,中亞出口至中國的貨載只有從中國進口的數十分之一
這也是為何亞洲到中東的運價以全球航線來說一直都算是相對穩定的原因
因為重櫃進去就很難出來,時常得直接專門去調度空櫃回亞洲
結論是這種新聞其實就是單純說明中國在灑預算補貼國內產業
然後在中亞也灑了敦親睦鄰經費這樣,與國際貿易基本無關
