[閒聊] 膽固醇的重要性已回收
看到豬油炒菜那篇文
發現還是有人認為豬油膽固醇過多不健康
來幫膽固醇平反一下
人體非常重要的物質,但往往被一般民眾曲解,避而遠之。
它是細胞中的脂質,可以由食物中獲得(20%左右)
但是絕大多數是由肝臟自行製造(80%)
一天大約製造出2000-3000cc的膽固醇
如果你今天奶蛋魚肉內臟吃的比較多
肝臟製造出的膽固醇也會相對減少
所以別再相信一天只能"吃一顆蛋"的鬼話了。
膽固醇有多重要!
1.大腦75%以上是膽固醇
膽固醇不足,常常會導致很多精神方面疾病(憂鬱症)
2.細胞膜也是它做的,一旦膽固醇品質不好(黑心油)
細胞膜就會不穩定,細胞就會容易突變
突變就容易癌化,黑心油吃多
癌細胞相對也會增加
所以你說吃下肚子食物好壞重不重要?
3.副腎上皮質素也是它做的,也就是俗稱的腎上腺素。人體中最重要的內分泌腺體,沒有....人馬上就gg了。
當你遇到獅子老虎可以跑的像飛的一樣快就是它的功勞。
當它不足時,血糖會過低造成休克死亡。
醫院在急救心臟停止跳動的患者時,會打腎上腺素加上電擊來拯救寶貴的生命
4.性賀爾蒙(雄性雌性激素)也是它。掌管生殖,宇宙繼起之生命。
5.維生素D合成也非它莫屬。
看完以上,你還會覺得膽固醇是撒旦魔鬼?
補充:造成心血管疾病的罪魁禍首是糖。
大家都誤解膽固醇了,改天有空再來討論糖是慢性疾病的根源
