[食材] 美國進口高麗菜
最近菜價飆漲,傳統市場時在買不下手。
跑到超市想說小朋友喜歡高麗菜,看了一下價錢,一棵69元,還可以接受,
還是美國進口的,顏色翠綠翠綠的......
結果炒了之後,厚!有夠難吃的,小朋友也吃的出來還跟我抗議怎麼高麗菜變難吃了?
一點都不脆還硬梆梆的很難咬,現在還有半顆在冰箱,丟掉太浪費.....
不知道是料理方式不對還是怎麼?
應該怎麼料理會比較好吃?請教各位一下~
