個人覺得你太執著於硬翻中文的每一個字。例如『起居飲食』。不如寫精確一點。
For example
There are precautions that you must observe before the surgery. To avoid
vomiting during surgery, you must not eat and drink too much
12 hours before the surgery. Furthermore, weakened immune system
increases the chance of after-surgery complications, therefore you
should keep good personal hygiene so as not to get common
infectious diseases.
