(a) E(X|Y=y)=y #
(b) E(X)=E[E(X|Y)]=E[Y]=1/1=1 #
(c) V(X)=V(E(X|Y))+E(V(X|Y))=V(Y)+E(Y)=1/(1^2) + 1/1 =2 #
