多階段睡眠 又稱為達文西睡眠
理論最強的階段 是每隔4小時睡一次 每次睡約20分鐘
這樣一天24小時 總共只會睡2小時..
聽起來滿猛的
也大大縮短了每天的睡眠時間
可是真的有人辦得到嗎?
請問有沒有大大有實驗過阿?
感覺要完全領悟這種作息
應該不是常人容易辦得到的

CafeDream herolgg 大你們好 因為對這睡法真的頗好奇 請問方便多講一些嗎?
比如是怎麼開始的..在實驗的時後會精神比較好嗎?..又為什麼放棄,是太累嗎?
因為最近比較忙 一直很想把一天的睡眠時間壓短 不曉得這方法理論可不可行就是了?
