[問題] 肌肉感受度是否才是最重要的?
小弟從到WG接觸健身開始,遇到不少好的前輩
一起跟著他們練到現在也差不多兩年多了
最近開始思考一個問題,就是不管是臥推、深蹲、硬舉等等
是否沒有一定的正確標準姿勢?
因為常常在練的時候,遇到一些練得不錯的前輩來刁我動作
嘗試著用他們糾正我的動作做了之後,發現應對肌群感受度並不明顯
一開始覺得可能是因為不習慣,但調整姿勢一陣子後,情況還是一樣
再換回自己習慣的姿勢後,應對的主要肌群感受度就又明顯回來了
所以想請問一下版上的巨巨們,這種情形是正常的嗎?
健身是否沒有標準動作,肌肉感受度才是最重要的嗎?
