[問題] 蛋白發不起來
第一次做戚風蛋糕
按照食譜做到蛋白這個部份
加了糖跟檸檬汁
打了將近15分鐘
可是一點發起來的跡象都沒有
一直水水的........
這是我失敗了的意思嗎
還是其實還算正常?
一般要打到乾性發泡會很久嗎?
